Tal Zelinger is the Founder and President of the International Diplomacy Initiative. He works at the intersection of international engagement, parliamentary affairs, and youth leadership. He holds an LL.B and a B.A. in Government, Foreign Affairs, and Strategy from Reichman University, and has gained experience across the U.S. Congress, the European Parliament, NATO, and the Israeli Knesset. His work has focused on legislative research, institutional analysis, policy briefings, and engagement with governmental and international institutions worldwide. Through IDI, Tal leads the organization’s strategic vision, building platforms that connect emerging diplomats, students, and policymakers through practical and immersive diplomatic engagement.
Nadav Ben Yehuda is a Board Member of the International Diplomacy Initiative.
He manages the Rabin Leadership Academic Program at Reichman University. He holds a Master's in Public Health from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's in Law and Government from Reichman University. He advises the Embassy of Nepal and is involved with the Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce.
Lidia Bernd serves as Vice President of the International Diplomacy Initiative (IDI), where she oversees programming, partnerships, and organizational strategy to expand hands-on diplomacy education and international engagement opportunities for students. She earned her M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and her B.A. in Political Science from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Her work focuses on international security, emerging technologies, and transatlantic cooperation. Lidia has held policy and research roles across the United States, Europe, and Israel, including with the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA), Hedera Hashgraph, the Representative of German Industry and Trade, and the Institute for Counter-Terrorism. She is fluent in German, Hungarian, English, and French, with basic proficiency in Hebrew.
Itay Corem serves as Chairman of the Israel Chapter of the International Diplomacy Initiative. He studies International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with a focus on security and strategic affairs. Within IDI, he leads the organization’s activities in Israel, coordinating chapter programming and fostering engagement between students, young professionals, and diplomatic stakeholders.
